W publicznych wypowiedziach przedstawicieli władzy państwowej, samorządowców, branży wiatrakowej i ekspertów, na których inwestorzy wiatrakowi się powołują, pojawia się wciąż zaskakujące twierdzenie, że nie istnieją badania naukowe, które wskazywałyby na negatywne oddziaływanie elektrowni wiatrowych na człowieka. Poniżej załączamy listę publikacji naukowych, w tym publikacji recenzowanych oraz raportów, która dowodzi czegoś całkowicie odwrotnego. Lista ta będzie sukcesywnie uzupełniana o nowe publikacje.

Proponujemy, by w postępowaniach środowiskowych prowadzonych przed organami administracji przedstawiać tą listę publikacji, jako dowód w sprawie na okoliczność, iż badania naukowe potwierdzają negatywne oddziaływanie elektrowni wiatrowych na człowieka i twierdzenia odwrotne zwyczajnie rzecz biorąc mijają się z prawdą. W postępowaniu administracyjnym obowiązuje zasada prawdy materialnej i organy administracji nie mogą opierać swoich rozstrzygnięć o nieprawdziwe informacje i brak wiedzy o aktualnym stanie badań naukowych. Warto pod tym kątem weryfikować przedstawiane przez inwestorów raporty o oddziaływaniu na środowisko.
